tim eagan | GENERAL MANAGER + SOMMELIER

Tim's passion for food and wine were the catalyst for him to attend Johnson & Wales University in Providence.  After graduation , he worked for several James Beard Award Winning Chefs in Boston.  Those restaurants included: Stan Frankenthaler's Salamander, Lydia Shire's BIBA and Todd English's Olives.  In addition, he worked for the Bay Tower Room-a Ritz Carlton property where he was Director of Banquets.  

In 2006, Tim decided to move from Boston to sunny Florida.  He landed the Director of Beverage position with Chops Lobster Bar in Boca Raton.  While at Chops Lobster Bar, Tim was awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 8 years.   After 8 years, Tim was up for change and took a Senior Restaurant Manager position with Starr Restaurants at the W Fort Lauderdale.   He was responsible for the running of the highly successful steakhouse Steak 954, and the more casual Mexican concept, EL Vez.   

Most recently, Tim was the General Manager of our sister concept, Harvest Seasonal Grill in Delray Beach.  Currently, Tim holds the Advanced Level Certification from the Court of Master Sommelier's, WSET Specialist in Spirits, WSET Specialist in Wine and Sake Certification.
