Chef Paul’s approach to modern cuisine is simplistic, allowing the seasons and ingredients to speak for themselves. He considers his guests to be like family, ensuring that no one leaves hungry. When not in the kitchen, Chef Paul enjoys fishing and playing golf, and spending time with his wife and family in South Florida.

  • Chef Rachel has been passionate about pastry since she was young, rolling out dough with a wooden pin in her grandmother's kitchen. From there, she attended a farm-to-table culinary school in Boulder, Colorado, which sparked her interest in from-scratch baking and artisan breads. After her experience at the Four Seasons Hotel in Denver and the Breckenridge Brewery restaurant group, Rachel worked with several Florida-based restaurants to develop unique pastry programs. Her current focus at The Jupiter Grill is to create a scratch steakhouse pastry program with a seasonal twist. Rachel resides with her husband, two daughters, son and 4 legged friends. When Rachel isn't in the kitchen, she enjoys gardening and baking cakes for friends.
